COVID-19 Crisis Management
Following the outbreak of the pandemic, we established a Corporate Crisis Committee and a mandatory security protocol to ensure both the protection of our employees and the continuity of our operations, earning the company Bureau Veritas certification as a “safe space”.
Because Natra’s activity was considered essential, the Group had to intensify its operations, hiring temporary staff and extending shifts. All our employees received a bonus payment to reward them for their effort and commitment during the pandemic.
